Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
ASL ships orders only to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct prior to submitting an order.
We cannot make address changes after an order is placed.
Shipment Responsibility
Once an order has shipped and is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
ASL is not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Carrier delays

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
